Notes on the sources
Date disputed: statistik-des-holocaust.de documents 23 June 1942 from Oberfinanzpräsident files (26 June is only the date the Gestapo sent the list); Yad Vashem gives 24 June; the Bundesarchiv chronology lists the combined train as "24./26. Juni 1942, Königsberg – Berlin, 770"; the Berlin–Minsk memorial book (per Tagesspiegel) gives 24/25 June; Gleis 17 26 June. Destination uncertain: statistik-des-holocaust.de "Minsk (?)"; Yad Vashem and Reuss/Schneider (Metropol) "Maly Trostenets" ("vermutlich"); Gleis 17 "unbekannt". The arrival date assumes the Berlin group travelled on the Königsberg train (DA 40), as Yad Vashem and statistik-des-holocaust.de suggest. Count: 202 on the Gestapo list (198 from Berlin) per statistik-des-holocaust.de, matching the Gleis 17 plate; berlin.de 202. Deportees included Reichsvereinigung staff (Cora Berliner, Paula Fürst, Arthur Lilienthal); sometimes called the "Straftransport" of the Reichsvereinigung. Survivors: Yad Vashem notes none are listed in the Berlin memorial book; left null. Station disputed: Gleis 69 e.V. lists this train among those that left from Güterbahnhof Moabit (from 28 March 1942 on), whereas the Yad Vashem entry states it left from Grunewald station. Gleis 69 itself notes that the exact date of the switch from Grunewald to Moabit is not documented. Recorded as "moabit" following the Moabit station research; treat as uncertain.
