What happened

Held as "hostages" in the Sachsenhausen concentration camp; at least 126 died there in the following five months (15 of them murdered in the gas chamber at Bernburg in "Aktion 14f13"), and those still alive, probably 124, were deported to Auschwitz with all remaining Jewish prisoners on 22 October 1942. Few, if any, are believed to have lived to see liberation.

Notes on the sources

Second hostage transport, arriving on the evening of 29 May 1942, as described by Morsch (based on the Sachsenhausen memorial's death register). The exact number of survivors is unknown. How they were taken there is not stated, so station is "unknown". This was a hostage transport, not one of the numbered "Osttransporte".
